Enterprise Sales Director

BHiveLab is an innovation lab focused on inventing new ways to creatively engage the on-the-go consumer through next-generation technology. We work with a mix of innovation driven Fortune 1000 companies, Startups, B2B as well as B2C firms.

We’re seeking candidates to fill the growth oriented role of “Enterprise Sales Director” to help us sell our cutting-edge mix of capabilities that include custom web applications, UX and development services, innovation consulting and development services such as virtual reality, cloud based computing, AI/Machine Learning initiatives, and whatever else our high functioning team dreams up.


  • Identify key decision makers inside of our prospect base and focus your strategic selling skills and our resources on landing large scale projects
  • Use your industry expertise and solution based selling experience to identify opportunities that challenge our talented team
  • Identify and leverage partner based selling strategies
  • Lead proposal development process
  • Work with BHiveLab leadership to refine our positioning so that it resonates with key decision makers



  • Ability to rapidly assess, learn, stay abreast and then communicate new technologies.
  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise level software and related services to clients at the c-suite (CIO, CMO, CEO, COO, Innovation Directors) level
  • Respected by prior customers for integrity and predictability; listens to and focuses on selling solutions to customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team oriented environment
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
  • A constant learner who is excited by the opportunity to help clients in disparate industries address a wide range of issues
  • Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal), create and present high value deliverables, proposals and presentations to varying audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Information Technology required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant sales experience with increasing levels of responsibility for larger accounts
